Coming to the end of our vacations here , we want to thank you personally for the great support and availability/flexibility you have shown toward us when things were difficult in Hospet ( the lady has fully recovered now ) . We will not forget that and will advertize your agency services to our friends coming to India.
One point though , we were a bit disappointed with the Goa part of our stay. Aside from no guide showing up , with our driver not knowing at all the area nor directions around here , we probably missed most of the points of interest in and around Goa. Also , we would rcommend that your agency avoids this specific Royal Orchid hotel/resort for your west european customers.It is not up to the standards seen in other R.O : very noisy , all restaurant with high volime music at dinner time , and the AC in the room are so noisy that we are forced to shut it off at night .....
Aside from this one , all the hotels you recommended , as well as the guides in the other locations were very good and people friendly and help full

Sorry for the late reply as i was very busy with my work. My parents are all fine and we have reached home safely. My overall point of view about your tour was good. Your service was good. Driver & the the car was great. We only had problem with some of the hotels like in Delhi,Amritstar,Haridwar and Rishikesh the rest was good. The best hotel and the tour +the tour guide was in Jaipur.The guide was excellent. But the one in Agra not so good maybe u can get a better one. Even though we had problem finding good food but lastly we manage also with the help of the GOD.I was very suprise that we were not able to get Chapati in north india as chapati is the local food there.They only had tava roti and tandoori roti which we don't really prefer.I think u must do some small survey for future tourist where to get some of the good food. Other than that i would like to thank you very much for helping us out also the driver who never feels tired all the time.He is very punctual all the time.The driver whom u engaged in Vaaranasi was great thats the reason we don't want any guide.thank you.I have already given ur e-mail to my friends in Malaysia whom will be visiting north india next January.

Thank very much fort he wonderful Rajasthan Heritage Tour from Oct 10 to Oct 21, 2009.
We enjoyed it very much and learned a lot about the history of India, its historic buildings and the friendliness of the Indian people.

We are back in Saudi Arabia and and almost everything on the trip was perfect, so Fernando, a work mate in copy of this mail, with his family could be interested in doing something similar, (maybe somebody else), so I told them they can contact you.
The driver was very good, useful and patient.
Guide in Agra was good and friendly also.
Guide in Delhi, Manoj, was excellent, very kind, good conversation and knowledge of history and no doubt he made our travel much more interesting. He is really good.
Overall the trip and your service was very very good and exceed our expectations.

Thanks to your good organisation and constant concern for us, we enjoyed our holiday in India: we enjoyed the history, the beauty, special culture and a wonderful people!
Having the same driver throughout out trip made us feel secure and we felt very comfortable in your country. In Zagreb where we live, we have some Indian friends. Spending time with them, gave us preception of India and we have been given a very useful advices from them about the Indian way of life and customs.
During our trip we have seen a lot, took a lot of pictures, tried various food and drinks specials and enjoyed wedding parties that we were able to see which was a special experience for us.
